Mr. Ashraf Hossain is a seasoned professional in the field of physical security management with over two decades of progressive experience across multinational and national organizations. He began his career in June 1996 at the Dhaka Office of American Express Bank – TRS (Travel Related Services) as an Admin Officer. He later held key positions at US-based Bugle Boy Industries (Pacific Rim Ltd Liaison Office), Kysun Suliao Ind Ltd (a Joint Venture Company), G4S Security Services Ltd Bangladesh, Moshiur Ltd, and Euro Vigil (Pvt) Ltd. Most recently, he served as Head of Service Excellence at Garda Shield Security Services Ltd from May to October 2023. Currently, Mr. Hossain is engaged as the Corporate Strategist at IR LINK for the International Business Unit (IBU) – Physical Security Training, Services & Consulting. A highlight of his career includes leading the elite G4S Security Team responsible for providing protection to FIFA Brand Ambassador Zinédine Zidane and Nobel Laureate Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus during their Dhaka visit in 2007. He has successfully managed numerous high-profile security events and roadshows for prominent clients such as AB Bank, Eastern Bank, City Bank, Grameenphone, Berger Paints, and various elite clubs including Dhaka Club and Gulshan Club. Additionally, Mr. Hossain coordinated local BGMEA member factory visits to the MAGIC Exhibition in the USA, strengthening international apparel business ties.

He has completed specialized training in Labour Law from the Bangladesh Institute of Management, Fire Safety Training from Bangladesh Fire Services & Civil Defense, and earned a Security Professional Diploma in Organization Security Management (OSM) from Bangladesh University of Professionals. He is currently pursuing the prestigious PSP (Physical Security Professional)
certification from ASIS International (American Society for Industrial Security), further strengthening his expertise in the field.
